Wellbeing

At St Brigid’s GNS, we focus on children’s wellbeing as a priority. Our pupils participate in wellbeing activities regularly. These include Friendly Friday activities, meditations, practising gratitude, etc. We also hold a whole-school Wellbeing Week in October. We strongly believe these activities help the girls to have a more positive mindset, concentrate more, and therefore, learn better in class. This helps our pupils lead happier and healthier lives.
